Everything has always been great. I have had my Acura for nearly six years now and I never take her anywhere else. I especially appreciate Carrie Rodriguez and the way she has always provided outstanding courtesy accommodation and professionalism.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. I was especially happy with the flexibility exhibited in rescheduling my service appointment when a work related issue made me unable to make my initial appointment also the provision of a loaner car has this time and in the past made the service experience much more pleasant (especially as for the past two services my car has had to stay overnight. Also as he has in the past my service advisor Jack Chambers provided pleasant and excellent service!

I am completely satisfied. I have been working with Jack Chambers for several years now and can`t imagine anyone taking care of my needs as much as Mr. Chambers. He truly cares about his customers needs and makes you feel comfortable doing so. I want to thank Mr. Chambers for always going the extra mile to make his customers happy.

The seating and coffee are good in the waiting area. I also appreciate that there is a separate TV area private booths for phone calls and a seating area for reading.

This is my third purchase from them. Everything was nice and I’ve recommended this dealership to others several times.

The place is decorated with 5 star awards as is any car dealership. But keep in mind that this is just another car dealership with salesmen. As long as you are smart, you should be able to get a great deal through them. Servicing your car at any acura dealer is expensive. You might as well take it to a honda dealer and get the work done for less.
