Shoe World Inc

i purchase shoes from them all the time, but now i am not interested in purchasing any item from them anymore. i bought shoes from them and wore them for a couple of hours at work, well the pain was unbearable because the shoes didnt fit the way that i expected them to fit. trying them on at the store is nothing like wearing them out for numerous hours. i understood the policy as far as non refundable items, but for the exchange policy i couldnt understand why they couldnt honor that policy. nowhere in the policy does it say that worn shoes couldnt be exchanged. i wasnt wanting to exchange for other shoes, i was simply asking for a bigger size. one of the employees that i was speaking to said that i couldnt do that because he would be losing money. i dont find that fair for the consumer to lose money on a product that they sold, we are the reason why they have a business. i would feel more comfortable taking my money to a store that will take care of the customer 100% instead of spending it at a store that will be greedy and take my money that i work hard for. it isnt fair, i would have been more upset if the product would have torn on me or fell apart. so be very careful on making your selection there. in my opinion they are robbers.

What a gold mine. I stumbled upon this store about a year ago on Harwin and love, love, love the shoes here. You can buy a number of pair of shoes for a fraction of the cost of area malls.
