My wife found Samson Iron Works on line. She called Victor and he was out the next day providing us an estimate based on our needs. He answered all our questions and provided good solutions to our needs.



The installers, Daniel and Gene, were very professional and courteous when working in our home. My wife and I were very satisfied with their skill set and efficiency.

A few years ago, I hired someone to install bars in my home that was recommended by the person that does my lawn. They installed bars allright but with no way to escape from the master bedroom in case of fire. When I decided to get that corrected, I did an internet search in the Houston area and found Samson Iron Works, checked out their photo gallery, read the reviews and looked no further. I called and within a couple of days (at my convenience), Victor, the owner came out and gave me a FREE estimate. We live in Missouri City so he had quite a drive. When I told him what I wanted, he listened and then made recommendations. At no time did I feel like he was just out to make money and his price proved that. Everything he told me made sense. Within a week, Victor and his Shop Foreman were back and ready to install.



We had purchased new blinds and guess what? They installed them for me (free of charge) and also made some adjustments to bars on 2 windows that had been previously installed incorrectly. We no longer have to fumble through keys because we now have "one size fits all". There was nothing to clean once they left, they did it all. The price was unbelieveable, very affordable. I highly recommend this company for any iron work that anyone reading this might need. This was the most professional, polite and courteous crew that I've done business with in a while. I wish them the very best.

The finish on my bars were so smooth and the locks were so beautiful. They even offered to install other items at no cost for my convenience. I will go with them again without thinking twice!

Mr. Ross, & his assistants were grrreat!! I actually had another company install security bars before Mr. Ross, & the experience was awful. The quality of the bars, & the customer service I received was terrible. I initially contacted, Mr. Ross, to finish the job of the previous company. He was so informative about what had been done wrong, & what needed to be done. I decided to have him redo all the bars. I am sooo happy with my decision. The bars are beautiful, & the service I received was unparalleled. I will definitely use him in the future.

After my daughter was confronted in the condo I needed to come in from El Paso and secure things fast. Within 48 hours of getting measurements Victor fabricated, painted, and intalled the security doors and burglar bars. It was dumb luck that I found someone like Victor on the internet and was able to secure the condo that fast. Honesty/Integrity/Skillful -- He even matched the paint from looking at a cell phone photo.

I recently had a gate "repaired" which was not properly installed by another company. Mr. Victor Ross came out to give me an estimate for repairs and immediately noticed the problem. He quoted me repair costs and estimated time for repairs. He professionally installed the gate properly for a very reasonable rate and performed the work in less time than quoted. I actually found Samson Iron Works in the yellow pages. When calling Samson Iron Works I spoke to a mild and gentle man by the name of Victor. I was in search of a burgular bar for my front door. He quoted me a price over the phone and gave me a website to look at their work (very impressive). We scheduled an appointment for measurements, Saturday, January 3rd. He took his time and gave me a short class on burgular bars. My burgular bar was installed, Sunday January 4th. Victor and his co-worker were timely, conscientious and very professional. I am so glad I chose to go with Samson Iron Works and recommend their work highly. I cannot rave enough about this company. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Samson Iron Works for a quote to replace a rusty looking security gate and the bars on the front windows of my home. Ross actually drove to my home to meet with me on New Year's Day! After examining the gate and bars, he advised me that they were still very solid and that all I really needed to do was wire brush the rust and paint them. He even explained how to paint the bars while they were on the windows. In addition, Ross also gave me some suggestions to improve the overall security of my home that had nothing to do with the gate or bars! I was very impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to take the time to talk with me about double paned windows, automatic garage doors, and general security issues. I had burglar bars in the bedroom of my condominium that had been installed by the first owner 25 years ago. I didn't have a clue who to call so I went to the webb. Samson Iron Works was the only one I contacted mainly because they had a webb site. I received a phone call very quickly and set the appointment. When they arrived, because I wasn't very articulate about the installation, they didn't have the proper equipment. My heart sunk but I was told they would be back that afternoon. They were actually back in a few hours. I was warned that this would be loud and messy. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. They went to work and the bars were gone. I was totally pleased with the service and the price. I would recommend this company for any installation or removal. Very pleasant experience!

I can't say enough nice things about Mr. Victor who came out on Easter Sunday to give us an estimate for burglar bars. He was honest, sincere, and took the time to explain our best options for securing our house. He took the time to explain all of the intricate details of front doors opening inside or outside and the best way to secure our entryway.

Samson Iron Works did everything they said they would do and more. They took their measurement on Saturday and suggested I purchase a storm door, which I did and installed, then returned on Sunday to take new measurements. They also met the schedule they quoted and cost! I would use them again.
