Really long story short, Royal Air was referred by home warranty company. First time they were scheduled they were late for the block of time they gave. Then after not fixing the problem, tried to sell overpriced systems with a discount. Because problem was not fixed, home warranty company scheduled them again, against my wishes. After not showing after the block of time they again gave me, I learned I was not on their schedule. In fact I learned from home warranty that Royal Air cancelled alleging I was not responsive. This company lacks integrity, professionalism, promptness, and customer service.

Royal Air contacted us in regards to our Spring service and was able to schedule us in a matter of a couple days. The technician contacted me an hour prior to arrival and was very professional. I've been truly amazed by the attention and service provided by Royal Air thus far and they come highly recommended for their expertise, professionalism and promptness. Thank you and continue serving like champs!

I was looking on my iPad for a local a/c repair when I looked across the street and saw a Royal Air truck passing by. How ironic. Anyway I called and Gabe came ASAP. He was very polite and understanding my dilemma. He was able to access the problem. I’m very impressed with Gabe and his company for their help and understanding. I’m on a fixed income and was able to work with me. Thank you Gabe. If I need help later I know who to call.

Gabe showed up on time and had our A/C up and running in no time! He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely use Royal Air in the future for all my heating and cooling needs.

Huy, my technician was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time explaining the issues with my AC system. He wore booties to cover his shoes in my home. When my AC unit started leaking, I called Royal Air and he was at my house that same evening. He made good use of my time and was very friendly, thorough, and helpful.

GREAT experience start to finish. Josh and Mark correctly diagnosed problems with my heater (two other companies did not). Importantly, they found a safety/health issue - a cracked heat exchanger in my 20-yr old furnace was leaking low levels of carbon monoxide that did not show up (yet) on my monitors - but I could see the cracks and the poor flame. They explained everything and showed me the problems and it was clear it needed replacing. They gave me a very good price for 5T heater, new plenum, installing a filter unit, and improving the duct system. Natalie and Gloria quickly scheduled the work. Luis and Bijardi did a beautiful job with the installation and bringing it up to code. Everyone was responsive and professional. My home is now warm and the air is healthier. Very happy with the whole process - and the results.

They installed a new 5 ton and 3 ton Trane system at my acreage property in Rosharon. Henry came today for the periodic maintenance. The care and professionalism was unmatched. He did the maintenance like it was his own house. He is very passionate about good AC maintenance and I am blessed to be doing business with a firm that provides such excellent customer service and has professionals like Henry!

Gabe came out to repair our heater. This is actually the second time this winter he has had to come out. The first time was the upstairs unit and this time was the downstairs unit. Both times he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and kind answering all my questions. He was very thurough. I would definitely recommend Royal Air to anyone! We live in a rural area where it usually takes days before a service crew arrives but Royal Air always shows up the very next day. Thanks for great service!

Jose, my technician was thoughtful,effective, unassuming, and careful. He was thoughtful in that he put on booties to cover his shoes as not to damage my wood floors. I appreciated that very much. He also had a firm handshake and was not overly talkative with the exception of the recommendation that I buy a surge protector. He made good use of my time.

Julio did an amazing job on cleaning our furnaces! Came early during the arrival window. Dressed professionally and cared not to make a mess in the house. He answered all of my questions and provided spectacular service to increase the longevity of our furnace. I highly recommend Royal Air to anyone!

This company knows what customer service is! They were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I had an emergency arise during my service time and they went out of their way to work with me. I will definitely contact them again for future repairs.

We had them replace our entire air conditioning system in March. We had the old setup for 33 years, and never felt it was clean, even with multiple cleanings. Our new system is fabulous:. Clean air, cooler and lower bills!
Gabe came to do the 6 month inspection. He was at our home over an hour. He told all was good, in addition to covering everything he checked. Very pleased😀
