I saw the add in the green sheet saying transmission rebuild for a low reasonable price then when they did the work they jacked up the price to 2,500 with a year warranty. In 8 months my transmission went out while I was driving I Call them they kept blowing me off finally 2 weeks later they came out and got my truck with a $90 price tag. I called for 2 weeks and they still hadn’t started on my truck they nevered called me and gave an update very poor customer service. Now they trying to charge me $700 to fix my transmission but they can’t explain to me what I’m paying for when I have a warranty. This place is a total rip off very poor customer service. The ladies in the office is very rude and disrespectful. I will never never do business here ever again. STAY AWAY FROM RENE’S TRANSMISSION

this is a BOOTLEG/SIDE TREE establishmment, they jacked up our 92 gmc truck, they charged us $1400 to re do the transmission, and the day we got it back and drove it home, and let it sit in the driveway a day, it was still leaking in the same area as it was when we took it to them. we took it back, and then they so called receptionist/mechanic(MELENA)

said it was the YOKE that was leaking, which is located where the drive shaft is, and she said they didn't inspect it, because it's sepearte from the transmission...which was a LIE....then the wated to charge us an additional $85.00 to put the yoke in...

plus if they are a legitimate business they don't take money orders, or checks, ONLY cash...she said if they were to take cash or money orders they would have to charge tax, and to keep for charging tax they only take CASH......





SOUNDS FISHY TO ME!!!!!!!
