Monica Quiroz is the person I went back and forth with for a job I was interested in. Even though this office an hour away. She gave me an appointment for 9am which means I had to leave my house at 7am to be there on time and be submitted for a job I was interested in. When I arrive on time, she was busy with someone else, when she finally attended to me an hour later. She was lost on who I was and why I was there?. When I showed her the emails in which the job number was mentioned. She stated oh that job is filled. Needless to say,I never heard from her unprofessional self again. Like it was my fault that I was there at 9am cause she asked me to, like it was my fault that she didn't give a crap.

I do NOT like this recruiter at all! She talks over me when I'm trying to speak, then she interrupts and starts speaking extremely slow as if I don't have the capability of comprehension. She is simply rude and unprofessional. She always acts as if she is so busy, yet she had the audacity to remain on my line and expect me to borrow writing utensils while I'm walking in a public facility; SHE COULD HAVE EMAILED ME THE INFO since immediately after we hung up an email containing the job description came through. Something about her didn't sit right with me. I'm tempted to seek employment elsewhere because of her rude antics.

Called the office and asked if I could speak to the person responsible for the position I applied to, and the employee who answered the phone cut me off mid-sentence and said "hold on", and came back on the phone (again, abruptly) and said, "she isn't here but you can call and check back tomorrow", and i said, rather chipper, "ok thank you for your time", and the employee said "ok bye". LOL. No phone etiquette whatsoever, I'm surprised this company survives. I've worked for a staffing agency before, and I understand the urgency, and I also understand, yes, most candidates are not qualified. But, with that said, there needs to be a basic level of respect and professionalism towards anyone that calls.

I would give this agency a negative star if possible. Kimberly is very rude and was extremely unprofessional during my interview. She wouldn't shake my hand, even though there was antibacterial on every desk in the place. She wouldn't let me finish answering questions during the interview, and looked at me crazy the entire time. I am a very polished person and did not deserve to be treated with such a lack of respect, especially by a person who doesn't have enough logic to use antibacterial after shaking my, if I was so appaling in some way. I just received a call for a position, but I am currently working through another agency. When I asked if she would tell me about the position to see if it was something more fitting to my career goals, she refused. Then I asked that she keep me in mind, as I am still looking for a permanent position and was trying to ask if she had been receiving my status update e-mails, but she rushed off the phone and basically hung up on me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
