Planet Wow!

My kids had a party here in 2010 and we have been coming here for open play ever since. They can't get enough of all the big slides. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. We will definitely continue to come here!

I had my 5 year old daughter's party here and it was great. Plenty of room and the staff was great. Great for all ages. I also love the face you get a private room not like some places I had considered.

I've had 3 parties at planet wow. The manager that usually helps me is Chanta. Never any problems & always smiling and friendly. My hosts are always nice too. The manager that assisted me this time was rude and straight to the point. Her name is Debbie. She didn't greet me as I walked in because she was eating. I already knew to fill out the waiver and pay beforehand. I waited for her to finish and approached the counter to do so. She never apologized for the delay due to her eating. My guests were shocked too. Planet wow is a great place to go, but bad management can mess everything up. Maybe she needs more training

I had a terrible experience because of how rude and unsympathic Debbie was to me. This was my first time booking a party there for my daughters 4th birhday party. And it was pouring down raining and none of my guest were able to attend the party dur to the weather. And when I asked Debbie if I could reschedule the party she rudely told me I would have to pay an additional 50.00 to book another time for the party. I was really disgusted by this point. I will never book another party there again.

Planet Wow, the only destination for childrens playground.. Celebrate anything with your childrens on any occassion at any time. They are going to love it .

I was there this past Saturday for the third time. Every time I've visited, the manager/owner is rude. Her name is Debbie. I think she should be lbehind the scenes. She never smiles and she doesn't know how to speak to customers properly. It's because of her that my child won't have a party there. Great place, bad Debbie.

I rented out the whole facility at Planet WOW for my two children's birthday party, they advertise on their printable flyer " Rent the whole place! $150/hr off-peak." During the two off-peak hours in which my children's party was held, one hour of which was occupied by another party. I am upset with the company's services because they failed to honor their advertising of renting out the whole facility, that was the reason I paid for the facility and held our party during their off-peak hours.
