Pinnacle A-C & Heating

My parents and I have used Pinnacle A/C & Heating for many years to service and replace our HVAC systems. Fred is always cordial, honest and professional. He does not recommend things that are not necessary and provides recommendations as he would do them for himself. I have had him out many times when my system was not cooling and most of the time, the solutions have been simple like washing the coils on the condensing unit, a hard start kit, and simply getting more refrigerant in the system.

At my parents house, he installed a new system for them. My mother heard a noise coming from the unit, which no one else could hear. Mike brought in someone with equipment in an effort to detect the noise, and was surprised when the equipment was able to detect the high pitched noise she was hearing. He was then able to address the issue. That is going the extra mile for his customers! Prices are always reasonable.
