Insurance had them assist me with roadside, 4 plus hrs later still no show, don’t answer call or respond back. Got in contact with insurance and all they say it’s that they are on their way , that’s what National tells my insurance

We had to get our Silverado towed, and Joshua came to assist us. Joshua was nothing short of excellent! He was professional and extended himself beyond the service that we requested. This was a pleasant experience, and I will definitely use your services again if that means that we can have Joshua assist us!!

Okay, well I recently started working with this company (2 months ago) and since I've been working here I've noticed that it is a good company to work for. But like any other company it does have its flaws. And I would like to ask that if you are being treated rude to please get their name and put it in the post , and the same if you are treated kindly. That way the owner can investigate the situation. I know sometimes you customers have to wait but please take into consideration we as Wrecker drivers have to get to you as well as other customers as safe as possible. I call my customers and give my own ETA when I'm on my way to them. I can't speak for other drivers. But please when you guys leave feedback on here please mention the name of the person who was being rude or kindly to you or had good customer service so my boss can address the issue. Thank you. I just wanted to let you know that I was extremely satisfied with my tow I was given updates on the drivers arrival time every 15/30 mins the driver named Steve was very polite respectful and on time which is a huge plus since I am often very busy.I am a me never of All State and I hope if I ever need a tow I will receive the same service each and Every time I may need a tow your company is very lucky to have such great people working for you! Thumbs up to Steve! And way to go keeping your trucks clean and smelling fresh!

Horrible service. Allstate called them to come tow my truck and 2 hours later no toe. Called another device who got there in 30 mins. Do not use them ever!

Very good customer service. My car broke down and they came within 30 min.
