Please Chaparral before you decide to spend your hard-earned money worst customer service ever they did not value you as a customer they call you all day making threats they act as if people doesn't fall on Hard Times the ladies who accept your payments are very rude unprofessional and they make mistakes that they don't own. You barely can be 2 weeks late on a payment without them threatening to come pick up your vehicle please do your research before you spend your money there...

They are the worst car lot i have ever deal with. I wound't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very rude and not helpful.

They call me to tell me my notr is due,you have no grace period on late payments,if uou 3days late they come out and repo your vehicle. They dont give change back.... I REALLY say look harder for yor ride,AFTER you become their customers they give less ,yes they repair your car. You pay for parts... Understand thats good. But make sure everything else is ok, cause you will NOT get your keys back,they will send you walking home or calling FOR a ride!

Honest and forthright. The salesman proved to be honest and forthright and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He did not pressure me into any financing arrangements that I did want nor did he waste my time with any tacky sales tactics. My daughter and I actually had fun and some good laughs while buying this car from M N Auto Finance.
