Went to get my dad fitted for his tux here as it was the closest location, when we first arrived not only were we not acknowleged for close to 10 minutes I was the one who had to ask an associate if we could possibly get some help. The store was not busy there were only 2 other customers in the shop. When we finally did get someone to help the haughty associate pawned us off on someone else to measure my father for his tux. All the while I could tell they looked down upon my father and I because of how we were dressed. My father is a rice farmer and we had gone straight from work into Houston without changing since it is an hour and a half drive for us, we wanted to get there before they closed. If it was not for the fact that my sister had chosen this place to rent the groomsmen tuxs we would have left immediately. We were not thanked for our purchased and not once were we asked if there was anything else they could help us with.This had to be the worst customer service I have ever had. That was until we went to pick up my fathers tux. Once again we were not acknowledged they once again talked down to us and just handed over the tux for him to try on without offering any assistance. After we paid for the tux and were about to exit the store one of the associated who was checking another customer out ran to us yelling stop, stop, stop, then proceeds to ask us to see the receipt as if we were trying to leave the store with the tux without paying. After I explain to him we've already paid he still proceeds to grab a slip from the tux and checks it on his computer then waves us off like we're free to go. I will never ever step foot into anyone of these shops ever again we were not the only ones who had problems at these stores other groomsmen had to deal with them as well. Someone seriously needs to look into what kind of customer service shoppers are receiving because if it's anything like my experience there wont be any left.
