John Russell DVM

First of all let me just say that my pet felt very uneasy with them on his first visit. I have a chihuahua and he had been getting skin allergies. The vet seemed like she was just out of school and couldn't tell me what was causing it or have any suggestions on what to do other than to charge me more money for cortizone shots!!! I asked her if this would help him and she said she didn't know!! We recently got a new puppy and needed to pick up some prescription soft food. They close at 6:00 pm and I called her to let her know I was 5 minutes away and to make sure they would wait for me she was very rude and said "We close at 6!!!", when I pulled up at 5:58 pm I saw her looking at me as she locked the door and then when I knocked she walked to the back to avoid looking at us. I couldn't believe it, I will never give them my business ever again and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know to avoid this place.
