Larry’s professional career began at national CPA firm Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. followed by Deloitte & Touche. In 1981, Larry formed his own CPA firm and in 1985, Joe Thomson joined him to create Maddox Thomson & Associates, P.C., which continues to assist clients with compliance and advice on personal and business income tax matters.

Owen began his investment career with Beutel, Goodman Capital Management where he served as a Portfolio Analyst specializing in tax-sensitive portfolio management. He then joined Roxbury Capital Management as an Assistant Portfolio Manager where his principal duties included the management of individual client accounts and research support for the firm’s Core Equity Income portfolio.
