Do not get sucked into this! You will never get out. When you

fall just a little behind, they REFINANCE your loan, and you owe

more than you will ever be able to pay. RUN!

This company is very unprofessional. They do have a phone answered by representatives, but if you attempt to find out the name of the person with whom you are speaking, they routinely hang up on you. The reps are very rude and unprofessional. I have read many, many negative reviews about this company. Please, please find yourself a reputable company and stay away from Hermanos Loan Company!

My name is Kathy Scott, and i have had very bad experiences with Tiempo loans. I lost a job about two months ago, subsequently, i fell behind on my payments. Since then I have been treated very badly, by the manager Gina, and her other employees. I tried several times to work out payment arrangements with them and they never want to work with me. Since, then i found a new job, and plan on paying them in two weeks. The manager Gina found out where i am working and has been calling me daily. Even after i have told her not to call. She is the worse excuss of a manager that i have ever come in contact with. She acts like a child and laughs when she is speaking to you. Since she refuses to stop calling I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. The manager Gina even commented that if you cant afford to pay your loan you cant afford to bring me to court. Thats a falsehood, because there are organizations out there that will represent people that cant afford to pay. Because everyone has rights even poor people. So if you are in need of a loan do not go to this company the moment something goes bad they all go bad and you think you are dealing with children.

I have had a loan with Tiempo Loans for about 3 yrs. The loan has been on going because I pay the mojority of the loan & then I wind up borrowing the money back. My horrible expierence started August 2008 when I received a call from a Gina that works at Tiempo Loans - She was very very rude & nasty on the phone. She threaten me that if I didn't bring the truck in or pay three hundred and something dollars - I can't remenber the exact amount that felony charge would be filed against me. I had only miss the August payment. Later on that day my friend brought in the truck. I never heard from Tiempo Loans again.



October 15, 2008 - 9:22 a.m.



I called Tiempo Loans this morning and I was informed by Gina that my truck had already been sold she told not to worry my account was paid off. I asked Gina what my truck had sold for and once again she told don't worry about it my loan was paid off and then she hung up!



I called back later at 10:50 a.m. - Monica answered the phone she asked what I needed help with and I told I wanted to know what amount my truck had been sold for.



Tiempo loans was supposed to have send me notice 10 days prior to selling the truck. Up until today I never recevied a notice from Tiempo loans.

MY EX SON-IN-LAW OWES THIS COMPANY MONEY. THEY WONT STOP CALLING US EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUEST BY ME AND MY HUSBAND. WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EX SON-IN-LAW AND NO CONTACT. THEY WONT TAKE OUR WORD AND SAYS THEY WILL CALL UNTIL HE PAYS OR TAKES OUR NAME OFF. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
