Eduardo Hernandez Insurance

I chose Eduardo Hernandez Insurance Agency as my insurance agency back in October 2010. I have been paying them on a monthly basis, via Card payment over the phone, since then. On 9/14/2011, i gave them a call to make my monthly payment, and they told me they were not taking phone payments anymore and that i needed to call the provider, Pronto Insurance. I gave Pronto a call and they told me that my insurance had been cancelled since June of 2011. They had not received my last four payments. They told me that i had been uninsured since then. I called Eduardo Hernandez and they told me that they did not take my payments. I checked my bank statements and sure enough, on 7/15 and 8/15 i had made the payments to EHIA Insurance agency. The Agent at Eduardo Hernandez asked me to send her proof so i took a screenshot and sent it to her. Ever since then, i have been getting the run around. Every time i call i am told that i will be called back and i have yet to receive one phone call from them. Its been over a month now and i am still uninsured and still have not have this issue resolved. Everytime i call i get hung up on or am told that they dont speak english.
