Terrible, use any other tow company in Houston. I have been forced to try and use them three times because ford road side assistance has a contact with them. They have canceled my tow twice without notifying me. Wtf. Do not use them, literally anyone would be better than echo.

DO NOT USE! This place is HORRIBLE! They are so incredibly rude and untrustworthy!

AWFUL! If I could give 0 starts I would. Waited 4 hours!! The company finally called me and was told that they were 30 minutes away, which turned into 2 hours.... They finally came and told my boyfriend to drive it onto the flat bed. The car was not drivable. Then ask us how we were going to get the car on the flat bed.....? They finally get the chains to pull it up. Then when I tried to flow them to the mechanic shop in a friends car they were driving 70 in a 35 in the middle of two lanes! The worst towing experience ever! I would NEVER use this company.

Look, I NEVER write reviews on these sort of threads but the service I received from this company is THAT BAD (mainly the customer service rep). Tow truck never showed and the very rude customer service representative didn't seem to understand what she was doing. When I asked why she had not yet sent out a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, she rambled on a list of all the reasons why it was my fault that the truck was late. When I asked for clarity, she barked, "we just CAN'T, sir!" ...and hung up.

EXTREMELY horrible service and customer service representatives. Tow truck never showed and the extremely rude customer service rep was absolutely NO help in explaining why. when I asked once again when she would send a truck to pick up my vehicle, she said, "We aren't going to anymore, sir," and hung up on me.

Garbage company Very Poor Customer Service with apparently one truck in their fleet i had my auto insurance schedule the tow and it was 30 minutes after the initial eta being a patient person i understood that crap could happen and they explained the situation i accepted it and continued to wait 30 more minutes later my patients was wearing a little thin but whatever i understand so i called to get an update where i was greeted with an angry individual who insisted on giving me attitude and claimed he was seconds away and then hung up on me. so the story is over right the truck showed up? no that is in corrected yet another 30 minutes went by not wanting to get verbal abuse for a service i was paying for i was hesitant to call back but then i remembered I am a man so i called back what do you know the same rude mother****er was answering the phone i told him please tell me an accurate eta please where the person just hung up on me. i recommend pushing your car if you have to use these people. ps. there are many reviews at various other sites that state the same claims but i thought yellowpages should have a review also
