If you would like your medical records transferred to another physician feel free to contact our office.         All of the staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Medina was very caring and talked to me as a person, not just another patient. She really listened to my needs. I will be going back for all of my medical needs. Even after my visit, Dr. Medina sent me a personalized thank you note.
