I BOUGHT A 2008 TOYOTA TUNDRA 4 DAYS LATER THE ENGINE BLEW, I CALLED MARIA AGUILAR SHE RESPONDED WITH " ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM, CALL YOUR WARRANTY" THE SAME FOR PAULA DURRETT, LIED TO ME ABOUT MY TAGS BEING SENT, REIMBURSEMENT PAYMENT FOR DAMAGES TO THE TRUCK ( TOW, TAXES ) FROM REPAIRS. DO NOT SIGN THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT THAT THEY SNEAK IN WHILE SIGNING PURCHASE AGREEMENT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

My husband and I went to this dealership feeling discouraged because we had been to other dealerships before. We kept getting rejected time after time because of first time buyer and not enough credit. We were extremely tired of dealing with salesman who wanted to take an arm and a leg from us. We were tired of wasting our time. But my husband really needed a car, so he suggested to give another dealership another try. We went to this one and Don was our salesman. He was very helpful. He let us bring the car home for a test drive and told us that they were going to do everything they could to get us financed. He kept his word. He got us approved for a loan with an incredible low interest rate. We were taken by surprised. After so many rejections, we didn't expect to get such a great deal. We are very happy with our purchase.

I talked with Maria on the phone about selling my 1995 Acura Integra. I told her that I had an information sheet. She refused to receive it. Instead she told be to bring it to the showroom. Maria was busy with another customer, so a man helped me. He looked at the car briefly and told me that the car had too many miles for Durrett Motor Company. I do not mind the rejection. I mind the refusal to receive the information sheet and the waste of gas.

Can't ever get a response from anyone at the office they are always "with a customer" from 9:00am on the dot to 7:00pm on the dot.

Yea yea yea.

Cars are junk and are not even inspected prior to selling them so you really do not have any clue what yourself into and this I know myself and have documentation!

Theyre real quick to call you when they want a payment but not so quick when you need help with something.

Only thing this car lot is good for is ripping you off! Was lied to on every aspect of my car - shows how much their sales reps know. Tried to tell me my car was a V8 when in fact it was a 4cyl.

They "bull*******" me around for over two days calling 15 references, wanting more of a down payment, and would not even fix some minor things on the vehicle before final purchase! They make YOU the CUSTOMER work around them, which in the consumer world is not how things should be run.

I took a hit on my credit and think that it's much more worth it than having to deal with their inexperienced and theiving staff.

Then you have the GM up there who uses the "I've been here for 11 years" bull****, just to make herself look good who in fact never returns phone calls, and gets rude with customers myself, and I have seen her do the same stuff when I've been up there to make payments.

Once again, this place is just somewhere to go if you want your money wasted and your credit screwed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Have even spoke with other customers at the payment center and they said they've gone through exact same things but do not want to have their credit effected which is understandable but youre still wasting your money!

You may have to put down more of a down payment somewhere else to get the exact same thing, but at least you know what you're getting.
