I had an overall good ( if not excellent ) experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 ford fx4 unfortunately titled got lost and the finance dept. called me that I needed to return that truck. Needless to say i was very upset. I fell in love with that truck. Once at the dealer i was greeted and appologized by the finance and sales manager. They where very willing to return my down but I decided to look at their inventory. Finally after hours of looking I found a 2013 ford fx2. Same color and package w/the exception of the 4x4 traction. Sales and finance honored the same quote for the previous fx4. Got discounted about roughly $6 - $8 grand. Whether i did or didnt. The important that they satisfied me completely. Is already been almost a year and no problems.

Conclusion; I read the bad and good reviews before i purchased. Really guys. You are purchasing a vehicle here or any buy here and pay here dealer is because your credit is way less than percect!!! Ive been good on my payments (im ahead actually). They report it to my credit and thanks to Drive Away and my responsible actions. My credit score is getting way better.

Bottomline if you are a dead beat douchebad dont come here and start posting. Get a job and start paying your bills on time!! Responbility goes a long way!!!!!

They sell their vehicles at dealer price but with 100k plus miles on them customer service is the worst no attempt to try to make things right they dont report to the credit agency

I was given a price by one of the sales rep supposedly his name was juan orellana gave me a false price and vehicle information on a tacoma .When i get there the price was double than what was given to me previously.when showed them the message that this rep had sent me with price and vehicle information they just said that was a mistake .False advertisement .Frauds a waste of time .A bunch of liars .

This was an easy one. I was desperate because everybody would turn me down, my bankruptcy of 3 years ago was making me go nuts trying to keep on going with my life and get a vehicle to be able to go to work and make a living. Drive Away trusted me and gave me a new opportunity, I understand about the box installed mentioned overhere, but when you have bad credit record they have to protect themselves also, this time is my turn to show them that I will not let them down. Thank you Drive Away.

I had a rough start but was helped getting a vehicle. Every car dealer ship I went to I was denied. This was the only place I was approved. Very helpful people, the only thing I don't like is that they put a control on my vehicle and I have to call an make a payment and it takes a while sometimes to get someone to take payment. They have even had me waiting for about good 20 minutes and answered and hanged up on me. And sad thing If I don't pay my vehicle I don't get a code to put in my control they put in so it get restarted when I pay. If I don't pay I have no vehicle. Sales people are GREAT but PAYMENT CENTER....... NO COMMENT!!!!

These ppl are lame...no customer service skills what so ever the girls in the booth who take ur payment are full of it they have u on hold for 30 min. While they go get there coffee an walk all over the place not only that they gossip an forget they have us on hold to make the payment the store manager or what ever he is who makes all decisions is a theft himself abuses of his power an knows exactly when to do it to...I lost my truck and a lot of money bc of these robbers...The girls probably are in it w him to for them not to take payments get our vehicles REPO'D THAT WAY WE LOOSE OUR MONEY AN HE JUS RESALES IT. IM THE CUSTOMER AN SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS. NOT ONLY THAT I WAS SUPPOSEDLY GETTIN MY VEHICLE AT 24 GRAND TELL ME HOW IT TURNED OUT TO B ALMOST 40 GS.????

te roban a ojos vistos , primero te mandan a manejar el vehiculo que mas te guste luego no te dan precio hasta que te tienen sentado en la oficina y te "precalifican" luego te train un precio inflado pero segun ellos pelearon por ti para darte el mejor trato posible total... ya te embarcaron los corajes apenas empiezan el servicio al cliente apesta las cajeras se creen las dueñas hay de ti si te falta un dolar para el pago y no te dan las placas hasta como 3 meses despues segun te las mandan por correo, por que no se vas y pides otra placa de carton y dicen que no pueden darte otra que las placas ya debieron de haber llegado etc.. puros corajes y si yo cai con ellos arrepentidisimo no hay dia que no los maldiga.y eso que yo soy muy cumplido con mis pagos . eviten esa compańia de rateros

Nothing but problems with this place they will screw you over every chance they get. Sold me a truck with messed up rims then if u make your payments on time will sell your loan to a auto loan place up north which is the worst headache ever please do not go

If you aren't Hispanic you shouldn't waste your time here. They cater to people with no license or social security number but act like legitimate customers are wasting their time. They had me bringing information for three days only to tell me they needed 8,500 down for a 2005. Hispanic customers who couldn't speak English were created as soon as they entered the. Door but everyone else was ignored. Terrible business practices!

***************Do not go to this place for a vehicle. They will take your car when you are 4 days late. They talk to you crazy and then when you go to pay your car note, they wont give you your vehicle until you pay the total amount of what the car was. After having our truck for 2 days the AC went out and they were not willing to fix it. If i were in the business they are in and my customer payed me more than half of the down payment and was given until the end of April to pay the rest, i would definatley not treat them this way. Word is mouth is good or bad for business. Please do not get a vehicle from these people. I am in the process of getting a lawyer for what they did to us...yes its that serious!!! Run!Run!Run!!
