Daniel Williams Law

I was initially referred to this law firm to consult with Helen Daniel. After I spoke with Ms. Daniel, who agreed to take my case at that time, I was told by Ms. Daniel that all of my information was being given to her partner Catherine Williams. To my understanding, Ms. Williams would be handling my case. I spoke with Ms. Williams one time. She informed me that they were working on my case but more than likely it would have to go before a grand jury. After that conversation, I never heard from Ms. Daniel or Ms. Williams. Sadly, I only got the opportunity to speak with both Ms. Daniel and Ms. Williams one time each. My case has been going on for two years. I have been following up at least one time each month; however, I get no return phone calls. I also find it very unfortunate that each time I call, there is a different staff member taking my call and I have to go over my information with them all over again. Surprisingly, about a month ago, I called to follow up and Ms. Daniel's assistant conferenced me into a call with Ms. Daniel. We spoke briefly but there was no progress on my case. After 2 years, the law office contacted me (someone I've never spoken to) stating that they cannot do anything for me and that I need to come pick up my file from their office. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone, ever.
