Worse service I've received in a while. The only positive was we received our chips immediately after being seated. They can really grow in customer service and customer satisfaction. We sat next to a large party, after 15 minutes had passed, we asked a gentleman in all black if he knew who I waiter was. He said, "Oh yes he's on his way" another 5 minutes passed and we asked another gentleman in a white shirt and he said, "Yes, I'm your waiter I thought you were with the other party." I was insulted because he hadn't taken our order so why would he think that? After 40 minutes had passed we weren't asked if we needs refills or even checked on for that fact. So I went back to the front of the restaurant and asked for the manager. To appease me he gave us a new waitress. Who seemed to be more aware of our needs. However, the manager didn't offer to cover part of our ticket and didn't follow-up to check on us. I will never return here. If you can avoid it. Don't take the risk.

Although the midtown location is a good location pre / post club scene hours, this joint is just another place with HORRIBLE FOOD, fair drinks and lots of DL (downlow) guys. Nothing against the gay or bisexual crowd but they pack Cyclones in midtown and sit at the bar / tables for hours hoping to make a connection. Notice everyone drinks more than they eat???? This is because the food is below average for Tex Mex food but if you get enough drinks in you the taste of the food won't matter. The staff is less than friendly and 1/2 the wait staff are gay / bisexual so they cater to their kind. The naive young ladies that come in half naked hoping to catch a man are either ignorant, dumb or just desperate. I have sat at the bar and watch (and heard) guys hook up and even make "several" trips to the restroom. But maybe it was the margaritas pressing against their bladder..lol Anyway if you want good eye can of DL guys of all races, Cyclones is the place to go. If you want good food, DO NOT EAT HERE.,you will be on the toilet for hours.

I love this restaurant the nachos are delicious, and the vibe sent out by others is great. Margarita's are really good. Recommend it to anyone in the area, and in the mood for a warm ambiance.
