        For The RICH and Church members

        If you have money and your a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church you will get Really good care, but if you are neither don't bother this practice cares about the rich and "church members"



        and if you think about putting your money in the donation box, just know that this money will sit in some ones desk for years without being used. (if you happen to be struggling with money issues mention the donation box to the DR and they may feel sorry for you) But don't count on it!
