Empty promises. Mr. Braun said he will issue a refund after I filed a complaint against them but he never honor his word. Worthless warranty.

Braun's did an excellent job replacing our roof, gutters, and siding, as well as painting our exterior. Derrick and his crews were professional, polite, and hard-working. The materials and process were explained to me in detail, and solutions presented for several issues we were currently having. Gutters were re routed to solve our water issues, attic ventilation problems were addressed, and an attractive alternative to screen found for our soffits. Care was taken to protect landscaping and property during the job, and at the end of each workday the site was left neat and clean. The result is a home that looks like new, and a roof that kept us dry during the May downpours! We will certainly use this company in the future.

I paid Braun's roofing $2000 to put a roof on my home in March



2014 and my roof has been leaking every since then and now it's June 2014 and my porch is

still leaking. I've called the owner

6 times and the owner has never

contacted me. Now I will file my case in civil court. Please don't use Braun's roofing. The company just take your money and will not do the work properly or professional!

We had Braun repair our roof in Feb 2009 due to Hurricane Ike damage. The roof has leaked ever since the roof was replaced and has caused interior damage to our home. We have called repeatedly. They do not return our calls. We wrote a certified letter to the owner and never received a response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB ... not sure if it will help ... I noticed there were a number of recent complaints. I don't think Braun takes pride in their work, and they sure do not appear to care about customer satisfaction. This is not a company I would ever do business with again, and suggest others look elsewhere for a roofer with more integrity. ************************************************************************************

Update: 9 months later and still not fixed ...After many calls to the company and a BBB complaint, Braun supposedly came out and fixed our roof. We did not notice any problems during light rains after it was finally "fixed". However, after a heavy rain, it is again leaking in the same place. Seems Braun can't get it right. Oh, and if you do decide to use Braun in spite of the 17 (now 18) complaints filed against them on BBB, watch for the fine print in the contract ... "not responsible for interior damage". We have had our ceilings, upstairs and down, repaired twice now at our expense, and still have attic (i.e. insulation, possible mold) to fix.
