Braids 4 U

Made appointment at 8. Wasn't seen till 9, because the workers were late. The owner is very unprofessional. Tells you one thing, then goes back on her word. If she does your hair she is slow. She takes alllll calls, she stops a million times. Started off one person braiding hair, ended up wit the owner. I was told two people be on head. Well that was a lie. Thinking the sengelese twist took least 4 hours. Nope, took longer!!! You make appointment the owner not professional. She should have appointment book for others to kno who's first. It was 4 people after me. And they left first before me. And I got there first. Wth. Never Goin back at w. Fuqua location.

Call the shop early this morning to ask time they opened prices and I'd there would be enough workers for there to be two stylist for myself and my sister. Owner gave me a price range and assured me that there would be enough stylist in. She then called me back and asked me to go to the Fuqua location which I was ok with. She then calls me back and says the stylish are running late and will be there in five minutes. Five minutes go by we walk to the door no one is here. 20 minutes later I get a call saying they are there. We walk in there is only one worker. A few minutes later she starts on my sisters hair. I did not get into a chair until 11. The owner calls me after I ask to be compensated and says I don't have to pay for my hair. I am fine with that and u ask her since I am paying for my sister's hair can that be taken off as well. She says let her see and she will call me back as well as send other stylist from the other location so we will not be her all day. She later comes in at 2 pm starts on someone else's hair demands for my money then argues me down trying to prove a point when I am telling her that she never called me back and she never sent anyone over the help with our hair. She claims the women she was going good to send do not know how to do twist so she did not send them and it doesn't matter how long I wait because people wait all day all the time. The ladies that did our hair are great but the owner is very unprofessional and service is horrible.
