Bath & Body Works

I went during the 2010 Christmas Holidays and the gift basket/ candle section was near empty. Store was very busy the checkout counters were full of stuff and when I got home I was missing a lotion. I thought maybe I did not get charged for it but I did get charged. I called and Jessica claimed to be the store manager and she was not customer friendly at all and said there was nothing she could do which I figured but I just called to bring it to their attention so it doesn't happen again.



So just check your merchandise if you are going to shop here. I guess the employee’s don’t know how to bag the stuff but what can you expect from someone who works at bath & body work.
