Barstool Warehouse

Like the previous person has said, the selection of quality barstools is great. However, you have to pay for the barstools up front prior to ordering. I was told that they would only take 2 weeks to deliver. 5 weeks later, I was just called to let me know that they are here. Customer service is extremely poor and I had to keep calling them in order to get an answer. Would not recommend them.

Good selection of chairs, but poor customer service. I was all ready to purchase 4 bar stools, but the owner was going to contact the rep as I had some questions. Have called back 4 times to speak with them and find out the answer and the owner is never in. Person answering the phone does not offer to take a message just tells me to call back. Apparently the barstool business is so good in this economy that they don't need my money. I'll keep looking elsewhere.
