i recommend them more for refrigerator, washer, and dryer repair..larger appliances. there are plenty of other companies out there for the smaller stuff..they do a great job in my book.

This company has a F rating with the BBB. Their technician installed a new compressor in my freezer. It failed in the first week. They reinstalled it. It failed within 60 days. They now want $700 more, on top of the $2,000 original charge, to install a new compressor. The reason the compressor failed was because the technician did not install it properly and the freon leaked out and the compressor froze up. This company IS NOT an authorized Sub Zero repair dealer.
