Alterra

Last Tuesday was our first service visit. The service was performed as described in the service agreement. Steven M. explained in detail the purpose of each of the products applied and convincingly answered all my questions. Great work!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Alterra this morning. The pro called me in advance to let me know what time he will be coming in. He took care of all the issues as discussed. He was attentive and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Alteraa. My service Pro was James Powell. He is awesome. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Alterra. My service Pro was Casey Bowman. She was very prompt. In fact, she was at the house 10 minutes before the scheduled time and waited patiently. She answered all my questions and did a thorough job of treating the house. She was smiling and wasn't in a hurry to get done with the work. She took her time and did a good job. She even left a "have a great day" note on my receipt with a smiley. I am very pleased with both the sales person Brett and my service pro Casey.

We, too were pleased with the service rendered by Miguel F. I was greeted at the door with a smile and he happily went about his work. He was confident and professional.

Miguel F. performed our first service today. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the next step to kill any hatching eggs. He also made an effort to make friends with our 2 dogs and let us know that as soon as the solution dried, (in about 10 min), we could let the dogs go out if they wanted. James Powell came to do the quarterly treatment of our house and garden. He came previously as well and I actually never mentioned that every time he carried out the job he exceeded my expectations. Randy J- James Powell came to my residence and exceeding my expectations. He was very professional and courteous. He started out explaining the process and appeared knowledgeable in his work. He swept the outside roof line for spider webs. He treated areas in the yard for ants and treated around the driveway. Great job

Matt Sedlock did an excellent job. He came on time, very friendly and knowledgeable and would welcome him back as our technician.

Alterra service pro, Raymon Mata, provided excellent service. In addition to giving advanced notice, he arrived in a timely manner. He explained the plan of treatment well and reported what to expect. Not only did he provide efficient and informative service, he was polite and respectful to my home. Matt Wedlock was very professional when he visited us today. He asked if we had any specific issues and set off to work. He was courteous and explained what he had found once he was complete. He called to advise me he was on the way and was happy/friendly. I have had excellent service from Alterra over the last year and will continue to stay with them. I had one specific issue with a technician who came to do our very first service. He was rude and probably having a bad day however one call to Alterra and I spoke to the manager and they kept my business. I'm glad we stuck with them.

James Powell did an amazing job today. He asked the right questions, tackled the items that I was concerned about, in addition to his normal routine in which he recapped everything he did for me at the end. He was super nice, professional, and upbeat...you can't really ask for more! Thanks!
