All United Moving & Storage

Last month I employed All united moving & storage for my parents move as they decided to relocate at our home town to spend rest of their lives at our old house. Though it was hard for me to let my parents leave my house at this age, but I thought of respecting their emotion. I was looking for a reliable mover so that my old parents may not stressed much and who could be a better option than All united moving & storage! They were very respectful and compassionate to my parents and were responsive and efficient during the whole move. At the other end they asked my parents to relax and they themselves clean the house and placed everything in required rooms. I and my parents are very pleased with them.

I never write any reviews but these guys from All united moving & storage are worth it, let me make it short and simple. They were great from the first phone call for the inquiry, very honest and were open to talk about anything and promptly answered all my queries. The movers were awesome, good mannered and professional. They treated me and my things with care. There were some difficulties with the parking because of our narrow access road, but they solved it very quickly and convincingly. I got all my furniture in perfect condition. I will definitely be using them in our next move and will encourage my friends to use them.

Moving companies are not generally so dedicated and committed as were All united moving & storage. Most notably, they have maintained high quality of service with all the facets of moving from contacting their customer services representative, submitting an online quote request and reading all the terms and conditions of the agreement and the actual move. And this makes me happy and comfortable recommending them to my friends and family. I couldn’t find any single error conducted by them. Absolutely wonderful service and still very polite, friendly and obliging! Thank you to the whole team involved in my move.

I used All united moving & storage when I required moving factory machineries. It was a considerably long distance and I thought it’ll take many thousands of bucks to pay for the move. It was however a relief seeing that this company offered a competitive price over the long move. They are certainly the best in the business. I appreciate their hard work and very impressed to see them well equipped and well prepared for the tough job. They handled everything securely and no damage done to any item they delivered. Job well done by All united moving!

Nobody wants to move to Little Rock, AR these days. But that’s exactly what I had to do. I hired All united moving & storage because I couldn’t deal with the sadness of having to leave Dallas, TX. I was quite impressed with them already given how reasonably they quoted. All other companies wanted to break my bank account. Anyway, the movers arrived half an hour early on the moving day. They were very efficient. They packed up all my things in such a short time. They were careful too. They carried big pieces of furniture easily. The delivery was made on time and they even helped me put back my furniture together. I didn’t have to do much during this move. Thank god for All united moving & storage for bringing me to AR without any issues.

I didn’t know what to expect for All united moving & storage as I hired them only because of their lowasking price. I was quite crunched for cash and so a move to Houston from Fort Lauderdale seemed astronomically expensive. All united moving & storage sent crews right on time which was the first thing that impressed me. The men were all very apt and experienced. They brought along a lot of packing materials and started packing everything. I was very impressed seeing how creatively they packed everything. All my things were then carried down 3 flights of stairs onto the vans manually by these men. I cannot help but to have respect for such hardworking people. If everyone worked as efficiently as them in America, there would be nothing to worry about.

My original moving day was on July 11th. I had booked All united moving & storage 2 weeks earlier and everything was on track for the move. Then, suddenly, there was a glitch in the contract with the new house in Atlanta, GA and I had to postpone my move. I was in serious trouble as I had already rented my apartment out in Sunrise, FL. One of my friends agreed to let me stay with her for a week or so till the contract got fixed. I called All united moving & storage on 18th asking if they could pick up my stuffs and put them in storage for now. They did exactly that. I was pretty sure that although the crew was very efficient, keeping furniture in storage units can cause serious damage. Surprisingly, after 2 weeks of physical and psychological trauma, when they finally delivered my stuffs in Arizona, everything was in fantastic condition. Nothing went missing.

The movers from All united moving & storage were supposed to arrive at 2 pm to move our stuffs from Seattle, WA to Miami, FL. They called at 1 and asked if they could come early. I have had movers arriving 4 hour late. So this was totally shocking to me. Anyway, the movers came and started packing everything immediately. They took inventory of all my belongings and put labels on each box. The breakables were delicately packed into boxes and they used a lot of tapes to secure them. They carried all the furniture with care. My bed was very old and received extra attention from the movers. They took 2 hours 15 minutes to finish loading everything and then charged me for just 2 hours! They delivered everything the next day and put everything exactly where they were supposed to go. It was an incredibly easy move. I cannot praise these guys enough.

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* They seem legit at first but later you will see their true colors. Everyone who works for this company is a scam artist. They will tell you what you want make you promises and then totally back stab you. Any review you see on here with more than one star are reviews posted by the company. They will break all of your belongings and charge you way more than you are initially told. When I say more I am saying 1 to 2 thousand more. So, do no take your chances. Also, if you think you can speak to a manager forget about it. Frank is the logistics manager, well at least that's what he calls himself. He is a horrible person for the way he treats his customers. If you call with issues (which you will if you use this company) he will answer the first time and act like he is going to fix the problem, but does absolutely nothing and will not answer anymore of your phone calls. This company must be shut down for the scams they pull on people on a daily basis. I am not sure how this company is still running. They probably have employees that strictly get on these websites and generate fake reviews to get their rating up. Please do not give them a sec of your day. Go with a different company! There will be lawsuits coming their way. Get ready Frank!

If you want to know what efficiency is, just hire the movers from All united moving & storage. They were absolutely brilliant during my move. The crew arrived right on the scheduled time. They were very well equipped and got to work immediately. They packed up my 3-bedroom house in just 2 hours. It was their incredible speed and accuracy that truly impressed me. It seemed like they came, saw and conquered. The men were always helping each other out. The organization and coordination among them was brilliant. I believe the men have been working together for a long time. Their foreman, Ivan, was very experienced and knew exactly how to get the best job out of his men. I strongly recommend this company.

Don't use this company! They picked up my belongings yesterday and the price ended up being $1000 more than the estimate. They damaged my apartment while moving items and to file a damage clam you have to go through a separate company that only allows you to file online. Maybe I shouldn't write this review before they deliver my goods but I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!



Edited to add: the moving company originally was supposed to deliver my belongings yesterday. Now they say it will be at least 10 days until they are delivered. Whatever you do, do not use this company!!!!



I can only believe that the positive reviews are paid for by the company. There is no way anyone could be satisfied with this kind of service.

All United Movers and Packers is the worst movers I have ever seen. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone. My move was from OR to CT and my horror started from the day of pickup. They did not pick up on the scheduled pickup date of 13th June, 2015 despite guaranteed pick up date. The next day they gave a time of pick up between 12:00 PM to 2 PM but no one called me or contacted me till 2:38 PM. I even tried contacting there customer service but no response. While packing furniture for loading, they made a hole in the ceiling. After my goods were sent to warehouse at origin (not sure why they did that) I was not informed on who the driver is of my goods and when they will reach. I had to call them several times to find out. Then they did not deliver within 21 business days. The customer service is so pathetic, they don`t know anything. The original driver assigned, Mr. Baka, left the truck with goods at New york after about 14 days of pick up. The driver texted me saying he no longer is driving the truck but the customer service kept on saying that the driver is Baka. Finally they delivered on July 16th in a truck of another company (United Van Lines). The driver did not take any responsibility of the goods and said that he did not count the number of items while loading. When goods were delivered 2 items were damaged and 4 items missing. I called several times to customer service to try and find out about my missing items but they don`t have any information. They always say they will call me but never calls back.

From when we decided to move our 4 bed house with lots of household contents to move, we were so edgy, but the staffs from All united moving & storage had the courtesy and professionalism and they managed to pack everything securely, with great efficiency and much skill and patients. They disassembled furniture where appropriate to smooth the progress of moving large items. For the fragile items they used good protective and they were very watchful while loading, so that nothing got damaged. They never rushed despite having busy schedule for next few days and took time to place all the furniture as we required in the new house. We are so happy with the move.

Who knew relocation can be fun. But that’s exactly what happened when I hired All united moving & storage to move all my stuffs from MO to TX. The woman on the phone was the first sign of friendliness I experienced with this company. She wasn’t a robot but she was very thorough. Their quote was absolutely fair. The men they sent over were always doing the work with bright smiles on their faces. Even when they were carrying my gigantic couch, they were smiling. I was almost sad when they were leaving because I had such a nice time with them. Don’t be fooled thinking it was a cover-up. They were extremely efficient at their job. The proof was the intact delivery of all my things to Dallas right on schedule. I couldn’t have possibly asked for an easier move.

I didn’t know what to expect from All united moving & storage when I hired them to move my belongings from Dallas, TX to Jonesboro, AR. They gave me a reasonable estimate for a crew of four men. They called me around 11 am on the moving day and notified that the movers were on the way. I thought that was a really nice touch because we had time to sort things out before their arrival. The movers arrived at 11:30 am and they were done with the packing and loading in just under 3 hours. I was shocked seeing how quick and efficient these movers were. They proved to be very reliable too as they delivered all my stuffs in great condition on the first scheduled day for delivery. I am just shocked seeing how good this company is!

I have gained a lot of respect for the movers sent by All united moving & storage when I was moving from KS to LA. I really didn’t know what to expect from them. But they came through in every aspect. Their quote was as good as any other top moving companies and they were providing a four-men-crew. The movers arrived exactly on scheduled time and got to work immediately. I have a lot of stuffs and some of the pieces I own are extremely difficult to pack. But the men were super creative in packing everything. They were done with my 4-bed apartment in just under 3 hours. They made the delivery on time to New Orleans and everything was undamaged. I highly recommend this company.

This company tried to charge me over $700 more on the day of my move. I would NEVER recommend this mover and I don't trust them. I contracted them to handle my move and provided a thorough inventory list. I received a Binding Estimate. It was a very small move-only about 2,000 lbs. The Salesman confirmed twice that the estimate was binding and that there were no extra charges, and it was based on cubic feet, not weight. On the very day of my move May 11, 2015, no one called me or showed up. I called dispatch but they transferred me to the Manager who then demanded I pay over $700 more or they wouldn't do the move. I asked about the Binding Estimate, and he said, "That doesn't matter." I was shocked. I said no. He continued to pressure me to pay the extra $700. I said, over and over, I want to cancel the move immediately. I could no longer trust them. I called the Salesman to ask why this happened. He said he would call me back but never did. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. After I did that, All United's Customer Service called me to find out what happened. They never got back to me either. There has been no resolution, no apology, other than saying they used the wrong price chart. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. Canceling my move on the very day of the move was very disruptive, costly and inconvenient to say the least. I don't trust them and I would never recommend them. Don't use them. I feel like I was scammed.

Let’s be honest: a single girl aged only 24 is totally gullible in the hands of the moving companies. Luckily, I put my trust in a company who does the job brilliantly without trying to rip you off. My friend had hired All united moving & storage months before my move and he suggested that I talk to them. They gave me a very reasonable quote to relocate my stuffs from KS to TX. I was well aware that the initial quote was only estimation. Anyways, their movers all arrived in time equipped with so much packing materials. I had some left over boxes and tapes. I asked if they could use those and they were happy to comply. I didn’t want my relocation ending up costing me a fortune. My belongings arrived in my new apartment in Austin, TX and the movers helped me unpack. They even offered to assemble my bed for me. Then the foreman handed me the final bill. The amount was 3 dollars over the original estimate. I was just blown away.

Worst moving company in the world! they are a bunch of scammers. I need weight tickets since i'm military and they will not provide it. They don't have their own trucks they just rent budget van and have shady and ghetto people picking up your items. They made a wall in my house and smoke. They argued with each other is the worst company. Please don't waste your time with this people. They are a bunch of scammers!!

We're happily on the couch in our new house this evening, thanks to All united moving. When I called, the sales rep was happy to help! On the moving day, a crew of 4 showed up with 2 medium sized trucks. They were efficient, careful, hardworking, and friendly. I can't believe how much they packed; they took great care with blankets and shrink wrap, and brought zillions of boxes. They hauled a heavy armoire up to the top floor of the house; carefully shrink wrapped my daughter's basket of stuffed animals, and cheerfully reassembled the beds. They were super.
