The guy called and advised he would be out in 45 minutes. He arrived on time and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service, he called to ask about coming early. When he showed a wire that looked burned that would have caused a break down soon, I'm so glad I had a inspection! I have been telling all of my friends and family.

I recently had a heater problem (no heat!) during the last cold snap. I called Air Tech on Monday morning and later that morning the tech, Kyle, showed up. A young man that obviously know his AC/heat systems.

I had a very good experience with the technician who came to my house. He was extremely helpful and thorough. I did not feel like he was in a hurry to get done and leave. He took his time, and showed me what the issues were with furnace.

I recommend Air tech to one of my sons for a repairs on his system and he also was very pleased with the work.

I was very pleased with the service and attention we received from the beginning to the end. We had our primary a/c unit replaced, new duct and existing duct work, plus new vents installed in the roof. The service crew was on time. efficient, and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves.

Initially talking with Steve we decided to completely redo our existing system choosing zoning to help with heating and cooling our 2 story. We were very happy with Steve's knowledge and expertise. We were very pleased with the way the crew came in and totally took care of everything. Much to our surprise, when the crew left you couldn't tell they had even been here (believe me it was a messy job) except for the efficiency of our new system. We were looking for a great company that took care of its clients, establishing a long term relationship taking care of our heating and cooling needs and we found one. Called Air Tech last Thursday morning and they were able to respond by noon. They were able to show me the multiple failure points of my existing system, provide options/education of potential new systems, and patch things for the short term.

I was able to make an informed decision on a new unit and it was installed and working by Friday noon. An overall quality and professional response to a very frustrating situation.

The quote was made quickly and the service was arranged for the next day – something you can’t count on in the busy time of the year but nonetheless was nice. The install was done in a matter of hours, and was professionally handled. Don’t hesitate to use them as they do an excellent job.

After installing two new units (up and downstairs) Air Tech called to schedule a city inspector to sign off on the permit. First time the city inspector came out he "red-tagged" the work for multiple code violations. The most serious ( potentially deadly) being Air Tech's failure to connect the furnace exhaust flue to the vent on the roof. Carbon monoxide was being released directly into the attic. Kept wondering why I always had headaches in the morning during the winter and my face was so red. These are classic symptoms of CO (carbon monoxide) poisoning.



Air Tech came out (another day I had to take off work) and said inspector was being unreasonable. Stated they fixed everything. Waited for city inspector for 3 hours and he never showed up.



This morning (another day of vacation burned) ,city inspector showed up. Red-tagged me again for several problems (no secondary condensate protection drain, need to rotate the condenser outside, and provide a "drip leg" )



Unacceptable/ shoddy work. Wasted a whole bunch of my time. Thank God the city inspector noticed the carbon monoxide problem.

Great service, prompt, delivers what is promised, when it's promised. Air Tech of Houston are the only repairmen I call when I have a repair, they have come through 3 or 4 times for me.

This company is as awesome as it gets. After calling another company to fix my A/C who gave me the typical "Your Compressor is out, and it will cost $1650.00" and temporarily fixed it, my A/C failed again for 2 more days, and after calling over 30 companies in 2 days for emergency Air Conditioning repair, Air Tech was the only ones that took the time to come out and fix my Air Conditioner. Not only did they fix my Air Conditioner (which turned out to be bad capacitors and dirty coils) but the Technician BILLY JR, had a great attitude, and great customer service. Not only that, but, what originally would have been $289.00 for coming out in the middle of the night and another $300 or so for, replacing 2 capacitors, cleaning the coils, adding freon and doing an inspection etc, he cut me a break at $89.00, which is not something that typical air conditioner companies do, trust me. I believe he went above and beyond what was expected of him, and my family and I are really appreciative of him and his company. He has our loyalty for the rest of the time we are living in this area. We are so glad to have called Air Tech, his magnet is on our fridge and we will call again if another problem arises, or we need an inspection. Thank you so much Billy and Air Tech.

They came out on a 100+ degree day because my AC wasn't working. They found a leak, filled it with freon and got me working really quickly. They have been servicing Houston for years and after seeing them around town, I thought I'd try someone reputable instead of my friend's brother-in-law's friend's cousin. It worked out and my system is working and I decided to try their maintenance program too. It doesn't get any better than that!

Air Tech of Houston recently came out and replaced one of my coils in my air conditioner. The house cools great now and the service was fast and easy. They showed up at their scheduled appointment time and left the work area clean and free of debris. I appreciate the booties the tech put on his shoes so my floor was kept spotless as well.

My AC suddenly and without warning stopped working and started to emit a funny smell. Air Tech came out and installed a new air conditioning system in my home after an inspection of the previous one revealed extensive damage. We got three bids initially and Air Tech was not the cheapest but they were competitive. They came across as honest and professional so we chose them to do the work. Everything was done satisfactorily. Spending a few extra dollars for peace of mind is worth it in my book.
