D & D Crane Service & Repair

I'm WAS working for D&D Crane services/ Conventional Crane Services for almost 12 weeks.
October 17, 2016 I was separating a crane's boom Arm and the operator left the boom raised too high! Almost foot too high and left the operator's controls/seat in order to rush the loading process of something else that was located in the shop. When I hit the last pin out of the boom of the crane, the last section of the boom drop down about 12 inches and bounce off the top of my foot, the force and weight of the equipment broke my foot instantly and I let out a scream of pain! After that accident, my boss/ employer Daniel Herbert began to yell & be little Me about it being my fault when he was out of sight of the crane! Then he wanted me to get back to work with my injured foot immediately after I told him that I need to see a doctor. His comment was " we don't have time for that I have business to take care of with is more important than your foot. Next day I called Daniel Herbert, I asked him if I could return to work after I heal my injury? He said he would no longer need my assistance& their was no insurance and I was on my own with no help with medical bills, lost wedges, or anything else
