This place is unbelievable. I OWN and live in the unit in the complex that these people manage, and they still treat me worse than I have EVER been treated by anyone. The other reviewer is right - the woman who answers the phone is unbeleivably rude, provocative, and downright mean. I am a professional business person who has travelled all over the world and dealt with countless types of people and situations, and this company has alternately had me in tears and so fuming mad I thought I would have a heart attack. It has gotten so bad that I just want to SELL my townhome and get the heck out of there. I did not spend my life savings to own a home where I have to deal with horrible people like this.

NEVER NEVER NEVER RENT FROM SBC REALTY. Not only do they not maintain thier property, but the landlord ladies are rude, degrading, and incompetent. I have lived here for almost a year now and cannot wait to get out of my lease. I have been morally degraded by these landlords, i've been called "stupid, dishonest, and a child." These landlords try and provoke you to yell and degrade the way they do- which i am happy to say, i have not fallen into yet! I had sewage in my basement for almost 2 months before I was forced to call the township and have them involved in the situation. Thankfully, once i involved the township that situation was fixed immediately. I have never been so dissatisfied with a property managment group and want to WARN everyone of the misery that I ahve had to deal with for the past 8 months.
