Rt roofing

I wouldnt have even given this company one star if I didnt have to so I could post this for others to hopefully be spared the frustration!

I called this company and asked if they would come out and pick up and dispose of some left over shingles and the old shingles from our roof. The girl was new that answered the phone and she put me on with the contractor. The contractor then question me as to how much money I had gotten from the insurance and then proceeded to ask if I was sure I wanted my husband and brother to do the job because he was sure that they were not going to as good a job as he could. My husband is a contractor, I was just trying to get the shingles removed from my property since my husband is very busy! The Contractor said I could not pay him enough to come out and only pick up shingles. I explained to him that money was not an issue, the issue was us being to busy to do it. He said he would not come out to where someone else had worked. He was talking to me very rudely and with a very loud and disturbing tone. Needless to say I found someone else to do the job! I would not hire this company simply based on their customer service!
