Visited 6/29/2018 around 6: 30 p.m Absolutely The Worst Burger King Ever!!! This statement is an understatement... First off I tried to take the drive-thru and they were only accepting cash no debt or credit cards. Inconvenience at it finest and not apologetic at all. I ordered the two spicy chicken sandwichs two fries and a sprite. Let me spill about the long wait. I believe they had about eight employees working. The cashier told me its a hold on the sandwiches... Not a problem.. The idea of fresh and hot food I can wait. She told me it would be five minutes and two minutes later they pulled the chicken out the fryer. I told the employees no rush because I'm waiting let it cook. The guy pulls them up and told me they were ready.. After getting our food we sat down. The fries tasted stale and the chicken sandwiches were rubbery. We couldn't bite through the meat. It wasn't cooked at all. The employees had this dumbfounded look on their faces when I ask to see the manager. The manager did apologize but I felt like she said it was out of habit with no feeling...I ask her if she pays attention to her employees because she had an employee in the back working with some black Fox Fur slide sandals on her feet. I know Burger King has a uniform policy. Very pathetic. :( The manager told me that employee was not on her clock but she 's behind the counter breaking down boxes. YIKES :(yeah right. The manager gave me my money back for the sandwiches. Besides the dirty store, flies flying around, rude, unprofessional employees, equipment wasn't working (ice cream machine) BURGER KING clean it up or Shut It Down. I'll NEVER spend a penny at this store again...
