Carolina Exterminating Inc

I've been under contract on a termite bond with these people since 2008. I found termites in part of my home and called them immediately. They came out the next business day ( I was happy with such a quick response). We showed them the damage and the termites. They told us they would be back the next day to retreat the area for us. I called them (as I was not the one home at the time they came out) and asked them if they were going to pay for the damages to be fixed. I was told no as I was under a retreat contract not a repair contract. I'm so mad. I know I asked this guy if I got termite damage if it would be paid for and he told me yes when I signed up. I know its ultimately my responsibility to know the contract but I felt like I was lied to at the time. I pay them every year to come and check and they got their money so they don't care.
