Terrible

Food was good - everything else was disappointing and insulting.



When we arrived, we pointed out that we had a restaurant.com coupon for $10. Waitress said that she'd take care of it when she brought the check. There was a lot of staff milling around doing nothing and not many customers.



When deciding what to order, we asked the waitress what the chalupa was and she didn't have an answer and didn't offer to ask anyone else. We then finally found out that she was new.



Food was extremely slow in coming out and we had to flag people down to bring refills of salsa, chips and tea. After waiting too long for our check to arrive, we had to flag down our waitress again. When she comes back, she brings another waitress with her. I give her the restaurant.com coupon on my phone and she validates (redeems) the coupon on my account. Then she says that she needs to call someone. The new waitress is told by the other one to read the details of the coupon and she redeems another coupon out of my account. The other waitress then comes back and says that she talked to the manager on the phone and that they haven't signed contracts with anyone for any coupons. We asked to talk to the manager but they said that he wasn't there. We paid the bill without any credit for the $10 coupon but will not return. Almost 1 1/2 hours for a simple lunch. This felt like a bait and switch routine by saying that the coupon would be taken off at the beginning of the meal and then not be honored after we had already consumed the meal. Very poor experience.
