St Vincent's Family Care-Hoover

Was looking for a primary care physician. Saw the old reviews but decided to give a call. New Staff.....polite, helpful..and I like Dr. Clark as well. My experience "didn't suck"....LOL LOL

Horrible practice! I've worked in the medical field for the past 5 years and I've never seen patient care this horrible! The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I like the doctors, but their staff is a joke! These people have no idea how to be kind and friendly! They will give you the run around every time and hey take forever. They talk about patients at the front desk where the lobby can hear their conversations! Just horrible!

Was having back pain and I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and asked me to reschedule after driving about 45 minutes from home! I finally had to convince her to let me keep my appointment, then the doctor felt rushed since I was "late." So now I am still in pain and problem was not solved. What a waste of time and my copay when money is tight right now. DO NOT SEE THIS PRACTICE!!! I was so looking forward to my appointment thinking they would take the time and give me correct diagnosis as I have been to st. Vincent's downtown several time and have been very pleased with the doctors.
