        First visit w/newborn.
        Front office mechanical w/an attitude (cold & unfriendly).
        Then... Lydia, cold, rude, condescending attitude...she needs attitude check.
        Dr. Jeff Stone, professional, friendly & helpful. Great guy!
        Checking out, again-no smiles, all attitude and confrontational.
        We are going back because of Dr.Stone.
        Greenvale, check your front office attitude & Lydia.
        We will change providers if next visit is the same.
