This doctor is the worst. Please don't trust this doctor. Don't spend your time or money on this unprofessional and unethical doctor whose only concert is to get your money. I recently went to the doctor M. Elena Kendall to be treated for acne. They were quick to set an appointment by phone. Once I got to my appointment I waited 1 hr and 10 minutes to be called in. There were about 15 other people waiting to be treated as well. They were all schedule in massive groups for the same time. There were 4 front desk girls working and about other 5 assisting the doctor. They were all agitated, running around from room to room and screaming to each other. Once called in I was placed in room number 6 (which pretty much tells you the quality of service since they only have one doctor.) after waiting another 10 to 15 minutes a young lady about 24-27 years old came in and treated me very dry. While she waited for some papers she turned her back to me and started playing with her phone. She barely crossed a few words with me and prescribed me some antibiotics. She said since I didn’t have insurance anything they would do they need to charge on top of the $150 dollars they had already charged. She claimed that was only office visit. I thought I would then see the doctor, but I was send to some blue light machine for some extra charge. Then I saw the doctor screaming at one of her front desk employees threatening to fire her. The doctor was dressed very inappropriately. Her legs were fully exposed. She must have been wearing a mini skirt shorter than her gown. She had very thick make up and very long fake nails. She looked like a cabaret show dancer. Before leaving I overheard the doctor order loudly to one of her employees to attend that “freaking patient.” Their attitude is horrible. I feel ripped off and mistreated. I don’t recommend this doctor to absolutely anyone. SHE IS THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!! HORRIBLE ATTENTION. BE WARNED THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!
