Very good service I ever had in my life.
Owner friendly and helpful.
He took us from the crash accident and took us to MIA.

Placed a call thus morning and I got a prompt response. The dispatcher was courteous and immediately sent one of their tow trucks.
The driver arrived fast.

It took a little while for the tow truck to get where my accident happened but the location I was in it's understandable. The driver was very professional and helpful. He told me of a hotel that is good friends with his company and would give me a discount. He took me to my hotel and helped unload my truck before he took it in. He made a terrible experience much better.

0 stars for these low life Crooks! Damaged my vehicle and refused to fix properly. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! Stay Away!

Shady business shady owners. Do not recommend go to economy. They lie about their rates, they are rude, and operate many things illegally

Ive allways called city tow for my personal tows .everytime i call they never let me dwn plus i have a very low car that sits a 2 inches of the ground and there flat bed driver allways puts my car up with not a scrach on my front bumper they take good care of there customer i rate them at 100 never had an issue and for those who getting repo is because people dont follow instruction plain and simple if the sign says no parking tow away zone and u still park u will get towed . Give them a call and i bet u will leave happy people will always talk negative but once u get a tow service u will think twice before talking reckless city tow is my favorite towing company 5 star great job

For the six years my family and i been living here in Homstead i've never had to deal with such people like City Tow. I used their service and payed cash and asked for a receipt. A guy wit glasses told me that I didn't get one. I thought that was very rude of him so i told my family and friends to never use that towing company again. They also give false information. I needed service again for my vehicle and tried to call V.I.P Towing and someone from City Tow said that they were V.I.P Towing and that V.I.P Towing didn't exist anymore. It's a false acqusation!! V.I.P Towing does exist and they are two different companies. When i did use V.I.P Towing service I was very happy with the people and the service.

hey you saying negative things about these peopple you can talk all the trash you want but let me tell you something I was out by card sound about 1 mile off the road in the mud stuck in the mud wit my truck and guess what i called the following companies and no 1 would go out there to help me at 11:pm

SOUTHERN TOWING ANSWER WAS NO

THEY WENT OUT THERE TO GET ME OUT OF THE MUD WITH NO PROBLEMS

THEIR RESPONCE TIME WAS 15 TO 20 MIN. THE PRICE WAS A FAIR PRICE AND VERY AFORTABLE .



AND YOU ARE DUMB IF YOU DONT FOLLOW THE RULE AND REGULATIONS OF YOUR COMMUNITY ITS YOUR FAULT SO DONT BLAME ANY1 ELSE FOR YOUR MISTAKES IN MY BOOK THEY ARE GREAT PEOPPLE AND HARD WORKERS I WILL RECOMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM..

I would like to thank City Tow Corp for saving me while I was stranded. I made a search online for a towing company and during the Memorial Day Holiday they were the only ones that answered my calls and helped me. They are very nice, courteous and friendly. I truly recommend you guys!!!! AWSOME PRICE!!!!
