I waited for 5 hours for our appointment because he just said "I'll be there in the morning". Called him and he said "I'm not driving in the snow". The roads had a very light dusting, but even if that's true, why not call and tell me? He said he would call me first thing the next morning since I had plans later in the day. Never heard back from him.

Very disappointing a company has no cares for their customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with the work that ARK Plumbing LLC personnel performed for me to dig up and replace the sewer line from the house to the septic tank. As a part of the project, they dug out a very large lilac bush that was in the area of the sewer line, roots of which had grown through the line and into the house. They carefully worked with and around numerous utility lines, and were always very cordial and responsive to my requests and questions.



Ongoing rains initially prevented them from completing the replacement of the dirt, but they worked with me to complete the job as soon as the weather permitted.



It is great to have dependable, functioning sewer lines again and a nicely finished yard and driveway.

BEST MASTER PLUMBER I'VE DEALT WITH IN YEARS. KNOWS HIS PROFESSION.

I'm not one to write reviews but this guy was horrible. I hired him to check a septic tank on a house I was going to buy he came out on a Thursday told me he would have a report for me that night nothing Friday or Saturday and Sunday called him many times no answer left voicemails to make a long story short I got my report on my deadline day Monday afternoon

Worst company ever. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. No respect for anyone or any property.

John Franke worthless customer service after being yelled and cussed at for no reason then hung up on. My sewer was back up for 2 days. This guy has no idea what he's doing or how to speak to people will never refer him to anyone
