This is without a doubt the worst outfit that you could possibly get hooked up with, please only use a a last resort and only if you have no other way out! They continually stretched out the process and changed demands every few weeks. We were so far into it that we had all our time invested in this group and we should have known right away to head in the other direction. The only bright spot was Carrie who seems to carry the work load for the whole company. Dan Kirk lured us in and we became aware very quickly after constantly hearing from him for about 3 months that "it is in underwriting" that if you need to know anything Carrie was who you had to talk to. We went with another lender after approximately 4 months. It was an absolutely waste of time with an absolutely ridiculous firm. I can not express my disgust enough at what they put us through for nothing!
