        I'm not sure if this location ...

        I'm not sure if this location is just plain lazy or stupid. Care is less than "good" and apparently they dont know how to file insurance. I have received not once but twice bills after paying my copay because insurance has not be filed. Then you spend YOUR time hunting down THEIR problems.
