Worst company when it comes to disposal. If they mess up your property, they will not fix it. They do not know how to handle there machinery. All there interested in is money. I must agree, that they do have poor customer service. Do not order from this company. Enter at your own risk.

The worst company i have ever seen, worst customer service, worst service, WORST in the country, if u really want ur transaction to go on smooth, stay away from this company tho, it takes forever for them to pick up the container once u don't make any order from them anymore, i have called than more than 20 times to come and pick up the container, and it has been more than 3 days, they keep pushing back the schedule for customer, always give u wrong information, i called them in the morning, they said they were working on that, and the truck should be there at 5pm, and then i called them at 5pm, they said all drivers went home, no one will be able to pick up the container, and they keep telling me that they wont be able to do it today even i made the request two days ago, come on ROYAL, its been 3 days, how u cant arrange the time to pick up the container???? ATTENTION: if u want ur business to go smooth, to get the container from OTHER COMPANIES, stay away from this company, its the worst I've ever experienced, bad customer service as well, handed up ur calls anytime they want without further notification. ONCE more, stay away this company unless u really want to get the big big headache!!!! This is my real experience with this company, i just want u to know how this company serves their customer, but u make the decision, if u still want to go with them, then do it, hope u wont be regret once u experienced the way i feels

Stay away. Regular basis pick ups are ok. But customer service is horrible.

If you ever need additional service ( extra pickup, replace damaged container etc. )

If you were one of the unlucky person who actually had to call them for something, you're in trouble.

Here's what I went through. The container I have is about 5'x3' double lid container.

one of the lid attached is gone for about 4months now, and couple of wheel failed a month ago. Having to get it in and out of building EVERYDAY is tedious task.

I've made 5 calls total for THIS matter only. and every time they promise it'll be replaced on next pickup. But only to just shut you up and hang up the phone, nothing gets done.

Speaking to superviser won't help one bit either.

I'm just fed up with this company, and I'm moving on.
