Out of state movers Queens

Everyone please I beg of you stay away from this company they are nothing but thief! The man in charge JAMES came to my was the sweetest person you'll ever meet (are so I thought) just us a binding quote to move me and my daughter stuff at 2,000$ he promise that it won't go up that is why he came to our home to see what we have, we saw some not so good reviews on line about this company I address to him and he reassured us we had nothing to worry and about, today when the movers came to our home automatically the problem started the price went up drastically, I tried to explain to him what James had said. So I tried to call James countless Amount of time on my cell phone he did not pick then I ask the mover to call he pick up right away...(He was ignoring my calls)he just basically said it is what it is not did not care one bit. Long story short we ended up paying double the amount of what was told left me and my daughter in tear my daughter can't even eat this is a nightmare we are going through some difficult times and we made our plans according to what was told, we was told if we change our we will still have to pay for their times and materials, time is 120$ per hr which will be damn near half I'm in so depressed I don't even have money to pay for my new place, I'm so hurt and in disbelief. Please don't use them, they are fraud! I will be contacting better business About this.
