After install they didn’t clean there mess up (left junk from the furnace on the new carpet, through out a 90 day filter that was 30 days old (honest mistake), smashed my new 90 day filter by stepping all over it (the owner refused to replace either of them). When I brought this to the owners attention he said “Anything else you want to BIT** about”. I had to call them back out when my AC unit outside the house wasn’t cycling on (they cut a wire when they installed the new furnace, honest mistake. The repair personnel that came also replaced the thermostat that Cap Rock originally installed with the new furnace (it was a cheap POS) and we weren’t charged for that) but when I called them about the same issue happening again they said “we would have to charge you for coming out this time since it’s the same issue”, I asked “even if it’s because something was wrong with your repair “and was told “Yes”. I then called Certified Air and they can the following day to fix the issue (VERY PROFESSIONAL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!). What they found was a loose connection at the thermostat Cap Rocks employee replaced when I had them out for the same issue a few weeks before. Cap Rocks mistake, poor service and poor customer service cost me $70 for another professional to come out and fix THERE MISTAKE. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Worst service I ever had , charges for everything , when you call them they say something and finally once the service is done they charge you different , I don't recommend them
