Karl's Family Restaurant

Lousy, lousy, lousy service...the worst I've had in a long time. I will never go back, and I will everyone I know not to eat there again or even try it. This place needs to be shut down, and made into a better establishment, worthy of chattanooga.

My wife and I stopped in her to have dinner. While we were sitting in our booth a man came in the same area and talked on his cell phone. He sat in the booth across from us and put his feet up on the other seat in the booth and conducted business like it was his office. He would get off one call an get another. I asked to speak to the owner and was directed to him. He was sitting at another table in an adjoining room and this jerk came in and sat at the table. He was the owner's friend and didn't want to bother the owner's dinner to he came to our area to make his calls. I told the owner I felt that actions was rude and this jerk didn't even apologize! He acted like he didn't even care. He has religious items all over his menu but he treats customer like crap. I will never go back! This guy doesn't care about his customer and acts like and arrogant jerk. DON'T GO!
