Always been an amazing store with amazing service and amazing employees. Expert knowledge about their animals. If you are looking for something, if they don't have it, they can try and get it for you. Always a pleasure to go in and chat.

I have bought many fish here and became very knowledgeable about many other things just through talking.

Nice place the staff was very knowledgable about my dwarf puffer fish and suggested a food they would eat since i couldnt grow enough snails in my tank...will do business with them again..

Wow, This store is always very clean, and it is a pleasure to buy from someone that knows about the animals that they are selling. My son and I are always in the store whether I buy something or not. When my fish were sick she made sure I had something to get them well. My tank is doing well thanks to Lori and Josh....

It is so refreshing to find, in this day and time, someone who goes out of their way and provides excellent customer service. That is what I received on a recent visit to Lori Amazing Pets and Supplies. My husband and I purchased an established reef aquarium with little or no experience with them. We visited Lori's to buy some salt and told her about our purchase. She offered to assist us with any questions that we might have in the set up process. As it turned out, we were overwhelmed with the tank and Lori assembled a group to assist us in getting our tank set up and making sure that our investment was safe. She went way above and beyond to help us and saved the day for us. We really appreciate everything she did as well as Josh and all that he has done for us as well. We will be visiting this store quite often as we learn and grow with our Reef Aquarium. Thank you Lori and all. (A special thank you to Chris as well)

love this store very clean, dont know what the other people are talking about every time I go there its very clean the animals are all well cared for its very noticable because they are all so friendly thank you

Been there a few times, the birds were great, the store was very clean and the lady at the counter was very helpful and the fish I bought have done great and I have and will return again.

I been to this store it very neat and the service was great. I have bought several fish and she even special ordered things that I needed. Also I have bought a chameleon from her and love my new addition it is awesome. I still stop there to this day due to the great customer service thank you

I don't know what this 1st reviewer is talking about, loris pet store is a great place to find reptiles,birds,and fish both fresh and salt. Sounds to me some1 is mad they made a dumb decision to buy a sick fish to start with. I have never had a problem @ that store, they have a great selection and really good prices.
