Logan offered us super prompt service to repair our dryer. He diagnosed the problem ordered the part snd got it all fixed super fast.

Have been doing business with Logan for many years. He has always been most helpful in keeping our repair bill as low as possible and very helpful in giving us guidance on what works and what does not. Would highly reccomend his service.

Unbelievably rude!

Our property manager asked "Logan" of Appliance Repair Service in Hilo to go out to our rental property to repair the washer. The house has a tenant in it, so I called Logan at Appliance Repair Service to give him the tenant's number, and to tell him I'd pay him for the repair with a credit card. He ws too impatient to talk to me, told me to email the information, then hung up in my ear. I tried to call back, and he let the phone ring 20 times until it stopped, rather than answer. Then he called the property manager and told her he was cancelling the service call because I had told him Thursday wasn't good enough. Of course, I had said nothing of the sort because he never gave me a chance to speak. If he hadn't cancelled, I would have cancelled him for his rudeness. Who would want to do business with someone like that? If he won't even speak to his customers, how could anyone trust him not to overcharge?
