A A A Mr. K's Taxi

Mr. K's tax service is unreliable and they do not value their customers. I called and scheduled with Mr. K's Taxi service 10 hours in advance and they left me stranded at the Hilo airport when I arrived. The individual I scheduled with recognized me as a loyal repeating customer and recalled the last time I did business with them. I verified the time and location of the pick up multiple times over the phone, and yet the individual failed to schedule me in. I called Mr. K's after patiently waiting 15 minutes at the airport in Hilo. After a few attempts I got the owner on the phone. I told him about my situation and asked for a taxi to be sent to my location. Mr. K would not make a taxi available to me. As a repeating customer, I feel very disrespected by Mr. K and his staff.



If you do not want to be disrespected or left stranded upon your arrival or any of your time in Hilo, you should avoid using Mr. K's taxi service and turn to another local taxi provider.
